I'm a student in West High School. I really like working with art online so I chose to work with graphic arts during my freshman year. Having worked with online art just a bit during the past couple years, I found much interest to have it as an elective in high school.

I love anything that involves wheels especially cars. My fascination for vehicles at a young age has caused me to create several online and paper art pieces about them. I also know a lot about the general design of vehicles during the past several years.

This piece of art models the dual representation of an art room and a bathroom, therefore making it a bathroom pass. It uses two mediums, pencil and colored pencil. Both of these materials are used to create a colorful image describing both the settings.

I used Adobe Illustrator to create this piece. I had to make an art piece which represented me and my interests/daily life using both words and symbols. Two elements of art which dominate this piece is Space and Line. Space is used a lot to organize and fill up the space without everything seeming too crunched up. Line is use to separate different topics and also fill up space to make everything look even.

The medium used in the piece is Adobe Illustrator. I had to create three products from a brand. make them in Illustrator, and then put themed patterns on them. The two major elements of art used was Color and Shape. Shape was heavily used to create the product and the snowflakes. Color was used to shade in the products to look nice and go according to the winter theme.

Color Harmony Greeting Card

I used Photoshop to create this piece. I was supposed to create a greeting card with 3-4 images using different colors of the color wheel and create a color harmony (ones used was each a triad). Two elements of art used was color and shape. Color was used to create the triadic color harmony for each of the images. Shape was used to actually create the image, with each of them being a Toyota.

Surrealism SCALE Project

Photoshop was the the medium used to create this piece. Similar to surrealism art, we had to create an image that was very out of proportion. Due to this, I had myself shrinked to an extremely short height while sitting on a book next to a pencil, on all the bed. Two elements of art used for this piece was Space and Shape. Space was used to create the inproportional background to match other surrealist art. Shape was used to create the image overall and by using certain dimensions to contribute to make the inproportional piece.

Movie Title Swap

Illustrator was used to create this piece. The assignment was to screenshot three movie titles and change the fonts in each of them to portray the complete opposite feeling of what they seem to be about. Two elements of art used to create this piece include Shape and Color. Shape was used to create the kind of font that is seen in the piece in order to portray a certain type of feeling. Color is used to convey that feeling further by implementing shades that are commonly known to be either happy or sad.
