1. Mount the dial gauge on the lower spindle and touch the dial point on the upper spindle.

2. Fix Allen bolts on the lower spindles to rotate manually in a comfortable way.

3. Measure the value of the upper spindle face with respect to the lower spindle face by rotating the lower one manually.

4. The best possible value is less than 0.1 mm.

Could you please take a look at my message? As the tool has been introduced to reduce activities leading to Ergonomic (G10), please follow the step-by-step instructions for the electrical mover pallet below:

1)    Ensure the hand lift is in initial condition.

Initial condition means:

Key switch

a. When the key rotates to gear “off”, the control current of the truck will be interrupted

b. When the key rotates to gear “on”, the control current of the truck will be connected.

c. When the truck is started, the four light indicators will show a light.

2)   Press the switch upwards to move up the fork.

3)   Press the switch downwards to move down the fork.

4)   Keep the handle in the vertical position, simultaneously press the creep speed switch and drive switch, and the truck will move at a low speed

5)   Set the control lever to the running area, set the drive switch to the required direction (forward or backward), control the travel speed with the drive switch (the larger the turning angle, the faster the corresponding speed.

6)   The driver should walk in front of the truck and keep at the side front of the truck when travelling. One hand holds the handle and operates the travel switch with a thumb. Always watch the moving direction and guide the truck. Or hold the handle with both hands and push the truck forward.

After Use:

7)   Park in the designated area

8)   Lower the pallet forks to the bottom by pressing the lowering button.

9)   Parking brake. The mechanical brake applies automatically when the truck comes to rest

10) Turn off the key switch

11)  Supply plug, pull out the plug handle, and then all the electrically propelled functions will be interrupted.

Regarding the information from the EP manager, I would like to inform you that starting on 1 June 2025, we need to adapt and follow the new standard procedure for suppliers during a visit to MUA. There is a new procedure from EP department, with details:

1. Prepare an ID Badge for a supplier one day before the visit. We must create an ID badge for the supplier with N+2 manager approval, then send an email to security.

2. During the visit, the supplier must be wearing a uniform, safety shoes, a helmet, and a vest with orange colour.

3. Safety Induction of MUA, This is for the first visit for new suppliers.

   Note: For this action, it's necessary to inform the EP team leader to prepare their team to give information on safety rules at MUA.
