Also I rather over prepare my lesson plan than under prepare it.

About classroom management: Pick a battle small enough to win but big enough to matter to you.

It's very important that you get to know all the secretaries of our school and treat them kindly...

And one last thing: If you want to go for a run to release some stress just e-mail me.
