throughout his life, lu han's always been attracted to males. he was in denial of his sexuality for a long time, but slowly learned to accept himself. his parents, however, strongly disapproved, going as far as to disown him for a period of time once they discovered it.

he was 19 and foolish, though he prefers to think he was blinded by love. his first sexual experience was with a classmate of his. they weren't quite boyfriends, not quite friends either. it was a spiritual experience to him. large hands choking him, sharp teeth marking him. he knew he wanted to keep that feeling for the rest of his life.

he's fluent in korean since he studied in seoul during his senior year of high school, though he's more comfortable conversing in his native language, mandarin chinese, and will speak it most often. he remembers his senior year fondly and loves to talk about it with anyone who will listen.

after graduating high school, he patched up his relationship with his parents. while they still disapprove, once he went to study music at the shanghai music conservatory at their behest, they slowly accepted him again. he pursued a career as an independent musician, to much success.

positive traits: loyal, extroverted, charming, sympathetic, ambitious.
negative traits: possessive, snarky, impatient, blunt, quick-tempered.
 
tidbits: was nicknamed "lu han han" as well as "lulu" in high school, can turn almost any phrase into a dirty joke, rocks on his heels when anxious.
 
likes: steak, liquor, music, the color red.

dislikes: heights, coffee, whiny people, spicy food.
