         <description><![CDATA[<div>Over the years, number of people killed by diseases spread by mosquitoes especially Malaria and Dengue is increasing but yet none of effective method has been found to overcome the depressing problem. The ideal approach is to manage mosquito population by eliminating its breeding ground and curb problem at source. As mosquitoes breed in stagnant water, we concluded that surface turbulence would be the best choice.&nbsp; It would prevent a mosquito from laying eggs as it can lay eggs only if the water surface is completely still. And even if the mosquito does lay eggs, its larvae would suffocate as they need to remain on the water surface to breath.<br>This solar powered device works 24 hours a day. It uses solar panel during day time and rechargeable batteries at night. This offers whole day protection from any mosquito breeding that might cause harm in the future.</div>]]></description>
