There is a group called the Nutrients. They are all friends who have many things in common. Their favorite season of the year is winter because they like the cold and being in the cold. They like breakfast because they are very common in breakfast foods. They also all come from a farm, either from a cow or a chicken.

Yogurt

Yogurt is the fourth member of the group, and contains quite the personality. Yogurt comes from a town called Mesopotamia.

Yogurt likes to consume nutrients every day. One of Yogurt's favorite nutrients to consume is potassium, but she also consumes protein, phosphorus, calcium, and vitamin D.

Yogurt drinks a lot of water, and she has about 75% of water everyday. She also has about 8 grams of sugar per day. She also consumes milk. She has about 1 cup of milk a day also. Her favorite color is purple, but there are other varieties of yogurt that have their own favorite color.

Egg

The first member of the group is Egg. Egg's white is also known as albumen, so sometimes Egg goes by Albumen. Egg likes to drink water and drinks about 90% of water every day. Last but not least is Cheese! Cheese is the fifth member of the group, and contains a lot of personality. Cheese comes from a small town in Kuyavia, Poland.

Cheese's favortie color is yellow, and she is very particular in her diet because she has a sensitive stomach. Cheese really likes to consume 400 compounds that help her live. One of these compounds is milk from cows that are grass fed.

Milk

Milk is the second member of the group. Milk lives in a cozy village in Scandinavia. Milk loved living among the friendly people who could drink it without any problems because they were lactose tolerant.
