Journalist Carla Carvalho conducted an online training session for the project students. This session discussed techniques related to moderating this type of event. Previously, the students had already investigated the issues related to women's access to the job market.

With the investigative work and the techniques learned, it was possible to build the script that served as the basis for the event.
