🍱 It is also have its own SOC to packing them which is the rice must measure by a small cup and it will put on the below and left side of its box.
🍱 Then, the sambal will put on above the left side of box. On the sambal I will sprinkle it with Ikan Bilis.
🍱 At the right of sambal I will put cucumber in 2 slice 
🍱 The right of box it will fill with Fried Chicken and then it will complete with fried egg at the top of rice.
🍱 After that I will close the box and tap them in 3 times which is infront and 2 side right and left at the top of box. 🍄I have to read carefully the monitor, collect all the item of customer and serve they in politely.

🍄 Be a runner must always alert with the important info that will stated in the monitor:
✅ check-out Eat In(EI) or Take Out(TO)
✅Number of counter R01,R02,R03
✅ Size of item Big, Medium or Small

-Make sure their tray have a paper to cover the surface of tray
-Collect and put properly the item.
-To serve push slowly the tray to customers.

🍄TO
-Select the suitable paper bag
-Put and arrange properly their item
-Fold the paper bag and make sure the logo golden arches facing to customer.

🍄 Must collect all the customers item in 25 till 30 second
🍄 After all item collected Bump Off Order
🍄In serve the customer make sure Smile, greating customer with say Hai Encik/Cik with Cheerful, Friendly and Polite. Then, say Thank you and please come again.  Do all of that only in 5 till 10 second.
🍄Runner will back to HLZ to serve the next customers.
🍄At this station Runner have to Fast, Accurate and always Eye Contact with customers.

Before start
✅ Check up the temperature of the fryer (168C/335F)
✅ Check up the level of stock and complement ( Frozen Fries, Oil, Salt, Skimmer, Box)
✅ Time holder for Dispenser Franke/Portable Freeze– 2 Hours

🍟 Fill up the Fries frozen in the hopper.
🍟 Check up the level of volume (Small, Medium, High)
🍟 Put the basket on the fries dispensing lane.
🍟 Wait until the whole fries fall in the basket and then put the basket inti the fryer. Don’t make the oil splash to prevent any scald
🍟 Push the timer button (2 minutes 55 second till 3 minute 55 second). Make sure whole the fries deep into the oil.
🍟 Wait in 30 second it will make sound “been” sign as ready to shake  them in 3/4 times and it also ready to deep the next basket.
Since before I had help in packaging, so I used with these station. For me it’s quite difficult to do it alone at the station because:

i) I will take the fries from Cooler and put it in the mini freezer and I will press the button to make the fries came out from the mini freezer. I will do that 2 or 3 time to make it full the basket.
ii) Then I will fry it in 3 minutes in deep fry. Between of the 3 minutes it will make a sound beep which is in the fry machine it will write DUTY, means that we have to shake them to make sure the whole of fries cook well and to prevent they stick each other.
iii) After the fries cooked, hang them for 10 second to reduce the oil on fries. Salt will be sprinkle for its flavour and I will shake it to make sure the whole fries got their salt.
iv) Then, the next task I will packing it in small, medium or large size of packaging.

-Below of UHC, there are empty space for hangging Food Tong. Food tong is designed for kitchen and dining use and provides good and comfortable grip for holding foods. In Mc Donald’s outlet, they have 3 types of Food Tong that are distinguised by grips’ color.
