         <description><![CDATA[<div>Content: Advance of the Lesson, students will have access to a online power point presentation, this presentation will include information which will have a Audacity voice over, it will also include subtitles to the voice over, it will also include links to information websites and finally demonstration video's of the practical elements of the course.<br>Interactive Activity: The students will be asked to complete several activities as part of the presentation i.e. Quiz's, drag &amp; drop etc. Also the will be ask to watch the demo video's and prior to the in class element of the course, the will be asked to reflect on practices they are presently using and what the feel will be important for them to practice on the day<br>Live Discussion and Practice: In class lesson, using a class discussion students will feedback what they learned from the pre-course element and will have the opportunity to practice the practical techniques with the support of the tutor.<br>Finally students will be given the opportunity to feedback their experiences.<br>This will be in two ways, the in class lesson day and at a later stage when they have had a chance to put their learning into practice via a online platform (Teams)<br>I</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br></div><div>Content:&nbsp; I will send them a video of a Receptionist outlining her role and day-to-day duties.<br><br></div><div>Activity:&nbsp; I will ask them to list the duties of the receptionist mentioned in the video and to look up 2 Receptionist jobs on a recruitment website such as Jobs.ie&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>Live class:&nbsp; Presentation on the topic using powerpoint and videos.          <title>How to compose a formal fully blocked open punctuation Letter</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>Content to Share:</strong><br>1. As a class activity we will view a powerpont slideshow that can be viewed remotely or within classroom environment which will discuss that all the elements of a formal letter are and the correct layout of it. It will have compare do's and don'ts and tips to review at the end.<br>2. A printout of a formal letter will be shared remotely (PDF) or in print for those in the class to review and discuss.<br>3. A<strong>ctivity to Engage in:<br></strong>Students will then be supplied with a letter to recreate using a word processing application following all the layout procedures. Once complete students will select from a selection of 3 scenarios a formal letter to reproduce. <br>Ideas of how to compose the letter will be share using Padlet between the students and instructor.<br>Students will then have a specified time limit to create the formal letter as per scenario selected and print submission for review.<br>4. <strong>Discussion</strong>:<br>Once complete instructor will review students composed letters and suggest any amendments if required through one on one session using Microsoft Teams or face to face.&nbsp;<br>Class discussion using Padlet for both students in attendance and remote to post up their feedback and&nbsp;improvements they will make or what they learned on this topic.</div>]]></description>
