A Professional Learning Network (PLN) is a group of people, tools, and resources that educators, coaches, and school leaders connect with to keep learning and growing in their roles. It’s something you intentionally build to gain support, share ideas, and learn from others. A PLN can include coworkers, social media connections, online groups, and conferences. Essentially, a PLN is any resource where you can find inspiration and helpful information to stay up-to-date and improve your practice.
