I chose the United Nations because I wanted to learn more about them and their importance in society. Out of all the organizations I could have chosen, the U.N. was by far the largest and most vital one. I also wanted to learn what they do and how they were formed. All I knew about the United Nations before doing this project was about their assemblies. However, I did not know what they talk about in the assemblies so I wanted to learn more about that too. Now I know a lot more information about the U.N. I am glad that I chose this organization as my project.
