Pre-listening activities
1. Quotetion.
Ask students to discuss the quote with their peers siting next to them. What could be the topic of the listening?

After they finish discussing, ask them to share their ideas with the class.
2. Pre-teaching vocabulary.
  Teaching vocabulary by using matching words with their definitions.

While-listening activities
1.Listen for the gist.
Ask students to tell the main idea of the video.

2. Listening for the details.
Ask students to discuss questions in groups of 4 before sharing them with the class.
1. What was the outcome of the experiment?
2. What was the advice that author gave to break the cycle of procrastination?

Post-listening activities.
1. Discussion: Ask students to share with their life story when they had procrastinated something and what was the result of that procrastination. 
2. Creative response.
Ask students to give their own advice for avoiding procrastination.
