Free wi-fi hotspots were provided, public TV in certain cities/districts, and some schools opened up their wi-fi so that kids in rural areas could get access it via the parking lot. Having an emotions planner of check-in every so often helps to keep students and/or teachers in a more even keel mood, which greatly affects learning.</p>]]></description>
