         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;我觉得对我最有帮助的是教学理念和方法。<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;我的学校是以传统的教学模式为主，在一些具体的教学活动的设置上无法运用老师所讲的部分方法。但是，从宏观理念上来说，以个体为中心、关注个体、注重个体的意志与自由，这些都是一致的。<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;当然也有一些方法是可以实施的。在中学语文学习中，阅读名著是学生必做的功课。老师所分享“读者相亲会”等阅读分享活动完全可以运用到中学语文名著阅读教学中去，这让我受益匪浅。<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 能来参与一次这样的心灵洗礼，我感到无比幸运。尤其是我作为一个还没有正式走上工作岗位的“准”教师，先聆听一些关于“道”的理念上的教诲，才能在以后的工作中时刻以正确的价值导向进行教育教学。<br>       所以，在我今后的工作中，我一定要致力于打破传统教育教学观念、方法对我的束缚与影响，真正的关注学生个体心灵，多尝试新的教学方法，打造灵活、趣味的课堂。<br><br><br></div>]]></description>
