The concept of cross border cooperation is defined by the European Commission which is a key element of the EU policy towards its neighbor’s cross. We can say that it is a concept created with purpose of elimination of different structures, especially with the borders of the EU. These differences can be in the context of economic, social or shared - issues to share. First applied in 2007-2013 period. This can sometimes happen one-to-one with states, as well as with a group of regional states.
