         <description><![CDATA[<div>是屬於EMDR(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing；眼動減敏與歷程更新療法)中的一種自我幫助的技巧，可以運用在創傷後壓力症候群(PTSD)中，算是一種grounding technique，可以幫助我們回到「此時此地」(here and now的狀態) 。因為在負向感受很激烈的時候，你的大腦會被某些畫面或想法佔據，注意力會被侷限在這些負向感受上，有些人會形容杏仁核被綁架之類的。它主要目的是連接你的大腦、身體和現實世界，就是把你拉回來，讓你有機會和負向的感受保持一種健康的距離。</div>]]></description>
