Since my campus adopted Bluebonnet, I have seen:

1. Greater consistency across classrooms, because every teacher has access to the same high-quality materials and guidance.

2. Teachers feeling more supported with ESC-20 coaching and PD, there’s a sense of shared purpose and collective growth.

3. Students having a clearer, more coherent learning progression which builds confidence and reduces gaps.

4. Equity: students from diverse backgrounds, including those from lower-resource areas, now have access to the same rigorous instructions as those in more affluent districts.

In my view, Bluebonnet Learning offers a high-quality, standards-aligned curriculum that supports both teachers and students, while prompting equity and consistency across districts. I endorse its continued use and encourage others to consider its benefits.

ESC Region 20’s dedicated specialists have become an integral part of our district’s continuous improvement. Their deep expertise and willingness to collaborate—whether joining our PLCs, coaching our teachers, or modeling best practices—have had a transformative impact on our instructional practices. The consistent, on-site support they provide is not only accessible but also tailored to our unique needs, empowering our staff and building our internal capacity in meaningful ways.

Because of this partnership, Navarro ISD has been able to operate more efficiently and effectively, achieving outcomes that would not have been possible on our own. Partnering with Region 20 as our selected approved provider for the LASO Cycle 2 and 3 Grant has been an exceptional experience for our district.
