The land in North Korea is dry and dead. Their environment isn’t suited to host as much life as it should. Ecologist Margaret Palmer said:”We went to a national park where we saw maybe one or two birds, but other than that you don’t see any wildlife” They have exploited their resources to the point where it would be very difficult to recover. Also, their soil is infertile because they have taken all of the important resources out of it.
