With the bright colors of the leaves shining showing the bright and vibrant colors of a sunset during fall.

This is an image of one of my favorite places to go to. It’s in Canada on Longbow Lake which is right next to the Lake of the Woods. It was taken right before the sun went down in June of 2016. The faint colors of the orange and blue show a cold feeling when looking at it. This is imagism because it makes you feel the cool weather as the sun goes over the horizon.

This image is imagism because it shows the lakes and their random formation and the amount of wood and forest around them showing the uniqueness of our planet. It is amazing to see and area that has had no movement of humans and leaving it alone.

Imagism was created in the early 19th century by Ezra pound. Imagism is a way of making you feel something with out telling you how to feel. Such as a picture getting you to feel the cold or the warmth of the sun or the cold of the snow but it doesn't tell you to feel it.
