We do well to support them overall, but clearly either the academic setting or the behavioral setting is not ideal or beneficial for some.

They are being placed sooner and this helps to ensure another student graduating High School.

I would also say that Gen Ed. Teachers treat ISS students as equal and include them in all activities especially group activities.
