         <description><![CDATA[<p>How can students who are in self-contained in middle school be so easily transitioned to ICT in HS, when there is clearly a difficult transition time, and we do not provide that dynamic setting for them? We do well to support them overall, but clearly either the academic setting or the behavioral setting is not ideal or beneficial for some.</p>]]></description>
