         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>It is okay to have a cheat day.</li><li>There are plenty of healthy options at your local grocery store that are not too expensive. You do not have to eat luxury foods from the grocery store.</li><li>Buy healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, or protein that is within your budget. You might be surprised about what you can find.</li><li>Get a gym membership, or if that is not in your budget, do circuit workouts at home!</li><li>Go for a run, bike instead of drive, go on a long walk, etc.</li><li>Drink lots of water!!</li><li>Get lots of sleep!!</li><li>According to The 6 Most Important Decisions You’ll Ever Make, “Some health experts believe that every hour of sleep before midnight is worth two after.” Going to bed early and waking up early is healthier than staying up late and sleeping in.</li><li>According to Own The Day, Own Your Life, “hydrate immediately [once you wake up] (not with coffee!), then seek light and get moving to reset your internal clock.”</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
