You could capture an impulse response of Reverb units such as the spring Reverb or maybe Bricasti. To be more experimental you could try an IR through Distortion pedals, the big muff, analog heat, Fuzz, bitcrushers and see how that effects a sound once it's placed in hybrid reverb

You could skip a step and just import WAVs into hybrid reverb, e.g use a kick sample as an IR. Maybe feedback Something into an IR so you turn a kick into kick reverb, then use the kick reverb to effect the new kick reverb sample.

Four 5 minute parts of a 20 minute track

1. Perhaps four seasons, spring summer autumn winter? Maybe do 4 different styles of Dnb. Spring - Jungle, Summer - Dancefloor, Autumn - Liquid, Winter - Heavy / Dirty. This would be easy to blend into a 20 minute track as the BPM would only vary 10bpm max. Could even do something cyclical as the seasons' repeat. Maybe the start and the end transition smoothly?

2. Another Idea is do 4 different Genres for each 5 minute track, this would be harder to create a commercial release plan for though. Then use the abstract FX and Sound generation to create some cohesion between the tracks. For this I'd probably do one track as DnB, one psychedelic rock, One kinda neo-soul, and one Jungle or Dub.
