I believe that I am more comfortable in written communication as compared to verbal because I find it easier to express my feelings in writing. I can pour my hearts out better when I write something as it evokes much more emotions in a written form other than the fact that I am kind of shy to talk to people I never met. However, when it comes to convey an important message to a community, I am certain that verbal communication is definitely a much better option because in writing, people can misinterpret my intonation and sometimes even changes the meaning of the message. As a result, this may lead to miscommunication and misunderstanding. Hence, it is preferable to talk to people face-to-face so that whatever message I am trying to deliver will immediately be understood by them. This is because they will not only look at what I say, but also my body language and facial expression to comprehend the message even clearer. On top of that, I can also give a notice through email or any other platforms such as WhatsApp to send the important message so that they would not forget it.

It's hard for people who are so used to the way things are to change, even if they're bad. and they kind of give up, and when they do, everybody kind of loses. " -- Trevor

We never understand exactly what sort of ripple impact they have or how we affect the globe. It's really tempting to think that even if we can't see the improvements we want to see, people did not take place, and all their effort was for naught. Once we reach that point, we surrender. Yet, as Trevor explains in Pay It Forward, everyone loses when everyone loses.

Throughout Pay It Forward, Trevor is assigned a homework assignment to do something actionable that will benefit the environment over the entire semester. It's a big task for a youngster to take on. But he devises an excellent method to attract three other individuals, based on the brilliant ideas of each participant. This framework might well have appeared in an Amway experiment.
One of the twists is that rather than acquiring three individuals to promote washing powder (but each of them enlisting three more people), they are doing three societies a favor. Providing a begging person an opportunity to bathe and take naps inside a comfortable haven for only one night; intending to communicate self-harm off in front of a bridge; establishing a situation wherein healing can occur; going to set up a date for just a couple in the hopes that their long-lasting relationship, quiet contemplation, and loneliness will end soon; rescuing a baby's life during an emergency unit by surrendering your turn for concern; and anything else you're encouraged to do are all examples of good deeds mentioned in the film.
The idea is that rather than becoming obligated to you, which would be a closed circuit, you convince those three that they should always do valuable things for the three main individuals, which opens up more options. As a result, your sphere of influence expands and you may have the potential to revolutionize!

Trevor's plan was brilliant, even though it had one flaw (at least in his opinion): he anticipated seeing the consequences of his action. But also because he didn't, and everyone he saw were individuals who were adamant about the status quo, although it was horrible, he felt motivated to quit. He had no idea, however, that he had already set up and configured and was transforming (and rescuing) lives all around the country.
We're all individuals of common humanity, which is considerably wider than just our immediate circle. How much we do occurs throughout the world we do not really realize, possibly even in places we've never visited, as a result of the vibrations that originate from all of us. It's impossible to tell how what we are doing and how we do it affects someone's life.

This trick is meant to keep our objective of improving society at the forefront of our minds at all times. We won't ever understand the way circumstances are, even though they're horrible, if we could somehow do that. And we're not going to compromise. And no one suffers as a result of their acquaintance with us. Or if you know someone who knows someone else.

I think I am comfortable with both written and verbal communication. This is because i believe that in some situation, verbal communication is useful compared to written communication and vice versa. in a situation that need fast attention and response, i would prefer to use verbal communication as it will allows me to express my emotional and gestures which makes the receivers understand the messages better. However, in a situation where it involves complex terms and details, I would prefer to use written communication. This allows me to describe the process in detail and make the communication more effective.

I think, important message to a community should be convey with verbal communication. This is because it can convey more sincerity. sometimes, people will get the wrong idea by reading through email. The tone using in email might give the worng idea to the readers thus making the communication not effctive. however, by using verbal communication, we can show our gestures, mimics and emotional in delivering an important message to the community. it help the receivers to understand the situation, and the seriousness of the message. Hence, effective communication is acheieved.

I believe that i will be a great leader one day. This is because i know what are the important keys that makes a person to be a great leader. My experience in holding a leader position during my high school and university life had taught me the most important things that need to be done to be a good leader.

I believe that a great leader should be caring and able to make a decision that could give benefits to the large number of people. To be a great leader, I should not put my personal agenda first before the community's interest. it is wrong to put your personal agenda in making a decision for the betterment of the community's lives.

Next, I will not engage in negative actions for example like corruption and fraud. Corruption and fraud are the major things that always involving the high position leader especially in a company or an organization. However, i believe that engaging in corruption and fraud just to make myself rich and forgetting the main reason of being a leader is an immoral activity. thus, if i was given a chance to be a leader, i will try to eliminate corruption and fraud in an organization that i served.

by eliminating corruption and fraud and be fair to others regardless of different skin colours, ethnicity and believe, it will make me a better leader that could change the world to be a better place for everyone.

Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way. This concept is seen within the greater framework of a team, which is a group of interdependent individuals who work together towards a common goal.

In teamwork, when we have task that need to be completed, we must work it together, based on the question that have been given, if our team have billiond of dollar to be spend each year on community development we will allocate the fund fairly to improve the places that where we live, learn and work.

How we will devide the fund fairly?

First of all, we will ask who want to be the leader to make sure that all the task will moving smoothly. After we decide the leader, we will create the other organizations.

Assume a value-driven leadership style. Seek to influence, not control.
Based on the movie Pay It Foward... ShareTrevor McKinney is an eleven-year-old who lives in Las Vegas with his working-class mother, Arlene, who is a recovering alcoholic. She works hard at two jobs to support her son but feels that it is a losing battle. Trevor is a latch-key kid who often has to take care of himself. This seventh-grader's spirits are lifted when on the first day of school Eugene Simonet , his new social studies teacher, gives the class an extra credit assignment: "Think of an idea to change our world and put it into action." Whereas the rest of the class has trouble looking past the teacher's badly scarred face, Trevor realizes that he now has been given a moral adventure. The energetic and idealistic boy decides he will do a good deed for three people, something they can't do for themselves, and then will ask each one of them to "pay it forward" by doing similarly difficult big favors for three others. Trevor begins by helping out a homeless man , a heroin addict. He gives him lodging for a night, a chance to take a shower, and some money so the fellow can get it together and look for a job.Trevor's second mission is to bring the lonely Eugene together with his mother. Only trouble is that they both must deal with old tapes of fear, self-doubt, and lack of self-esteem. And to make matters worse, Trevor's physically abusive and alcoholic father returns home. The boy's third project is to help out a weak classmate at school who is always being attacked by bullies.Meanwhile, a Los Angeles reporter, Chris Chandler ,is knocked for a loop when a lawyer gives him his Jaguar after seeing that his old Mustang has been totaled. Tracking the rich man down, he learns that his action was part of paying forward the kindness he received from an African American in a hospital emergency room. That person, in turn, was given a new lease on life by an alcoholic lady who lives in her car in a desolate area outside Las Vegas.

During my high school, i'm one of the prefects in the school. Honestly, i don't really proud to be one. I believe most of the prefects in my school feel the same way as i did. This is all because of the attire of the prefect. Our school has the worst color combination for the prefect uniform. sometimes, when i was attended a seminar in a place where all prefects from all schools were also presented, i can hear they talk and give a negative comment about our uniform.

the situation getting worst when no student is willing to become a prefect in my school due to the same reason. Therefore, I am planning to change the prefect's uniform if i was success in becoming the head prefects, i told myself. Luckily, in 2016, I was appointed to be the head prefects. and the first thing that i did was make a proposal to the discipline department that i want to change the prefect's uniform in our school. I have to go back and fourth to attend several meetings with principal and 'Penolong Kanan HEP' just to present my proposal.

After all the efforts i put to solve this issue, the school give permission for me to change the prefect's uniform based on the proposal that i have made. with the help of all prefects in my school, we successfully change the school's prefect uniform and there are more and more students who wanted to be a prefect in our school.
