Most people in Sri Lanka use public transportation for their traveling. Public transport provides several types. Those are small routes, intercity booking and normal, high-way coach, trains 1^st 2^nd 3^rd classes and urban transport.

As the users who using public transportation and service providers are most uncomfortable and facing problematic moments with the manual payment method.

The identified problem branches into several sub-problems when it comes to analyzing interview summaries and root cause analysis. At the root cause analysis, it brings the problem of customer payment issues during public transportation into the lack of coins and practical issues keeping coins and using as well as non-rounded amounts generating in circumstances.

The key points that could be taken from interviews are,

· Keeping coins is not practical at all.

· Responsibilities and manners behaviors need to be regulated.

· Payment transactions are not trustable, uncertain, and not accurate.

· Existing technology is not improved, or it make more difficult than the manual system.

After consideration empathy stage the problem became more complex and spread. The real problem becomes a considerable amount of deflected.

Fully technological and digital system might be refused by old customers who with conventional attitude.

I suggest charges not allocated for duration of a trip. It should be allocated with system which considering about quality and average of trip duration.

According to economic unstability most of people in sri lanka struggling with their income & expense to reduce their time in the ticket line , struggling with the lack of the transport service they have really bad mood for the sri lankan transport system even when travellers from other countries also facing that issue. so these mobitel ticketing pay system is better to update this system .it can reduce the struggle of expenses people are facing through the situation.
