         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lack of exercise is dangerous for most people, most of us are facing the disadvantages of lack of exercise by sitting without work or exercising. Also, the old people are facing the same problem. First of all, doing exercises is important for our lives because it makes us strong, and healthy and improves our blood circulation. Secondly, everyone knows that lack of exercise can keep us away from being active, and bring injuries. Also, lack of exercise makes the body systems work slowly. It doesn’t give us more energy, and it also causes weak muscles. Most people don’t have time for doing exercises, this is because wasting their time playing video games and watching movies and this is a big mistake. Finally, people should look around themselves and see what should they do, and give themselves an hour in a day for doing exercises to be healthy, and strong and keep away from the disadvantages of lack of exercise.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Managing your timetable is important because managing your time can allow you to find more free time in your day allowing you to attempt more daily tasks. For example, a person that has a busy schedule finds it hard to find free time in the day and if somehow some free time was claimed from the schedule, it will be used mostly to relax. however having a flexible schedule can give you more free time and when the person sees himself free, he may be encouraged to fill the time by going to the gym. Another solution may be setting goals to be encouraged, by setting goals the person may see the results of his time and effort being put at the gym. For example, he sets a certain weight that he would like to reach or a certain stamina level, and every time he improves he will be encouraged more to exercise. Enjoying the type of exercise being done is also important, when you enjoy the exercise type it is harder to be bored. For example, someone who enjoys playing cardio may be bored easily when lifting weights and using certain bodybuilding machines.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Mohammad is one of my relatives who have suffered from a significant increase in weight, which led to a feeling of lack of confidence and severe depression. So Mohammad decided to visit the doctor to get some advice to solve his problem. After visiting the doctor, Mohammad was diagnosed with depression and anxiety. Mohammad's doctor gave him some tips to get rid of depression. One of the most important tips is that he advised him to exercise to decrease depression. Lack of exercise decreased levels of energy which lead him to being lazy and stressed. The doctor said that walking daily can help trigger the happiness hormones and prevent Mohammad from depression. Moreover, He said that better body image can lead to an increase in self-image and the amount of confidence. After consulting the doctor, Mohammad decided to follow his advice, so he exercised and lost weight and regained his self-confidence</div>]]></description>
