Para sortear las complicaciones derivadas de contar con múltiples canales de comunicación como Whatsapp, correo electrónico y SMS, entre otros, la plataforma de servicios en la Nube para médicos, instituciones de salud y pacientes, Integrando Salud, lanzó una nueva función llamada "Mis notas". 

Para utilizar este servicio, los pacientes deben ingresar al Portal de Pacientes desde una computadora con conexión an Internet, o bien desde sus tablets o teléfonos inteligentes a través de la aplicación móvil homónima, que descarga free desde la tienda de applications de Android y de Apple para equipos iPhone. 

Después de colocar su nombre de usuario y contraseña, debe ir al "menú" de opciones ubicado en la parte unmatched de la pantalla y, al desplegarse varias opciones debe hacer clic en "Mis notas".

Un vez en esa pantalla, debe hacer clic en "Agregar nota", seleccionar el nombre del médico con el que se quiera comunicar y luego pinchar en "Aceptar". En el espacio en blanco de "Notas" simplemente debe escribir cuál es el comentario y consulta que se le quiere hacer al profesional. Por último, feed que hacer clic en "Guardar nota". De inmediato, el médico recibirá la consulta, y la responderá por el mismo medio. De esta manera, las comunicaciones entre ambos se canalizar por un único medio, que consolida toda la información. Esto es importante porque el médico rápidamente puede agregar estos detalles en la Historia Clínica Electrónica de su paciente.
