If the result you have got from the TET-SAT doesn't satisfy you - in the sense that you feel you are better than the actual result- you should focus on the areas where you had lower evaluation and try to improve your knowledge, by attending courses or asking some more competent teachers for help.

A good point of view - teachers are offered courses, contents, but the impact of those trainings are not really known . In this particular case,( MENTEP) , the project's authors could see how the tools were used, what attitude teachers had towards this tool, and they learned from the results. Much more, teachers really learned from this experience and revised their self assessment. What is really positive is the fact they not only revised, but were willing to improve.

It is true: self reflection is always very hard (it is watching inside!), but ours is a reflective profession and we must have a professional approach. It needs follow up and guidance. I think the MENTEP platform shouldn't be the real platform that teachers cure their gap depending on the TET-SAT results. TET SAT has 30 questions with 5 options in each for the teacher to select. This means there are 150 variables falling into 30 categories. So mathematically the permutations and combinations are many. It is not surprising that what a teacher assumes she knows is slightly nearer to what she actually knows. This difference will get narrowed once the teacher has undergone the TET SAT, reflected , improved and undergoes the TET SAT again. This is the remedial measure to lessen the gap.

very often those who are more motivated to form and question themselves are those who already have knowledge, so I am not surprised by the results. We human beings unconsciously tend to evaluate us as good in a certain area and this is not always in accordance with reality.
