I have a newfound appreciation for interdisciplinary teamwork. Seeing PT, dental hygienists, pharmacists, nurses, and NPs work together has been incredible. I love being able to refer a patient to PT and knowing they're going to follow up because they only have to walk a few feet :) this is the way healthcare should be!

There is often a disconnect between the pharmacy and providers in a retail setting, but the ability to work with each other directly means we can still provide patient care using limited technology and paper charts. It goes to show what can be accomplished when we work in interdisciplinary teams.

It was an awesome feeling arriving to camp to set up. There was a lot of positive energy and excitement all around. All of the disciplines were so good about collaborating with each other to make sure everything was just right and ran smoothly. My team worked great together and was very efficient at getting everything ready and completed. We all had a great night seeing patients.
