Hello everyone, Welcome to ASAP new students and welcome back to returning students. I hope you're all doing well and have had a restful summer break. I understand that this new learning environment is quite challenging but with the right and careful step you can assimilate to the changes. Talk to someone about your emotions/feeling whether it's friends/family or professional people like your advisors. They may be able to provide you with tips that can be beneficial. What you may realize is that it's not the quantity of work that has you tensed but figuring out how to balance everything that is going on around you. My advice is to keep some sort of an agenda book and jot down all your daily tasks so takes the burden off your shoulders and you can have a fresh mindset to focus on other things. You can look back and forth and remain organized and if you work try to keep the hours away from academic study time. Once you've settled into the new changes it will become a smoother road going forward. I wish you all the best going forward!!!
