1) For some people, it is seeking justice. But the idea of justice might not be accurate as people starts to "compete" among themselves to be the most sensational and intelligent and get the most like. Anonymity also encourages people to be more "vocal" online.

2) Some might quote the netizens as evidence in their essays.. It is possible that they will form their point of view based on the most "liked" comment. They might also be tempted to comment on the fiasco. Some might like and not comment, some might comment and not like whereas others might just "share" . All three actions are making a stand towards the issue. Things might be taken out of context. It depends on the maturity of students.

3) Online vigilantism will start off with good intention but it might escalate into cyber bullying. Most of the time, things will spiral out of control into cyberbullying.

Netizens want an avenue to be heard/vent their frustrations.
2) Students might think that it is fun and interesting and learn to do all these things as well e.g, creating their own memes. Their real intention might not be to be malicious but they simply find it funny and want to share.
3) Online vigilantism- seeking justice for others, cyber bullying-cause hurt. There is a fine line of difference and sometimes what started out as online vigilantism might end up as cyber bullying.
