         <description><![CDATA[<p>I like the point about questioning whether knowledge needs to be consistent or can there be contradiction? Who is the ultimate authority ? The teacher, society, or some other external force? These are all great and valid points for educators. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>The comparison of beliefs to a lens on a magnifying glass stood out to me. Viewing them as a guide down what may seem unfocused/blurry establishes the importance of having a good magnifying glass (a good set of beliefs). Using these beliefs to help make sense of what I deal with as a school counselor will allow me to see things much clearer and with great judgment. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>As a future school counselor, it is important to continuously reflect on my beliefs and rid myself of any that do not serve the well-being of my students. I will not be a great educator if I tie beliefs that do not benefit my students to who I am as a person. Therefore, constantly reflecting and carrying a willingness to change for the better is crucial for all educators.</p>]]></description>
