Before even getting out of bed in the morning, the first thing entrepreneurs do is grab the phone to see all the missed calls, text messages, and emails that they need to respond to. Most of the emails are from people asking for help, people asking for money, or people who are looking to meet up or schedule a call. It’s time to communicate with the world. For almost two hours in the morning, try to talk to potential clients and other entrepreneurs to figure out how can the company’s revenue increase or more cash can be drawn into the business through other means. The afternoon mostly consists of having an all-team meeting in the conference room to get up to speed on what everyone else is doing. Sometimes, this time is also utilised for a little break so that they don’t get burned out. All this is proceeded with little things like doing demos or doing presentations amongst other workers. At the end of the day, they communicate with the world again. If still awake, which they usually are, entrepreneurs end the night heading back onto the computer and complete more web work and answer emails if any have come through during the evening.
