Evidence from the article that shows the impact of Mass Incarceration on the Black Community.  Find at least two pieces of evidence that explain the impact on the community.  Describe them here:
 
  1. This caused the entire black comunity to be on edge
2.  Nine states have lowered their prison population by 30% or more in recent years. This decline has been accomplished through a mix of reforms to policy and practice that reduce prison admissions as well as lengths of stay in prison.
  1. Nationally 1 in 81 Black adults in the US are serving time in state prisons. This causes major unrest in many people because of things like lack of jobs and funds for families.
