< i found this gave me ideas what areas are available (you can narrow down the search to where ever you like)
I found it helpful as it lists areas already used for triathlons meaning they are suitable for the purpose but also as they list the benefits of that venue

Hi Ladies. I have a really comprehensive document of rules and regulations. It is 48 pages long - here's the link - it might be a bit too in-depth so I will summarise it for those who just want bullet points and issue it nearer the date. What do you think?

https://www.athleticscholarships.net/history-of-triathlon.htm• Great information on this site, it gives details of the three disciplines of the triathlon event. • It shows that the event started back in 1970.• This is a reliable website as it comes from College Sports• It is relevant as it gives a very detailed account of the history of the sport.

That seems like a good site to use as it is very detailed, and divides it into the 3 events making it easier to focus by sport. - Sophie
Maybe we could make this shorter to apply as a background on our presentation
