We were told just wait something will pop up.
Six weeks on, we were informed we would need to move house in a weeks time.
This to me was very short notice but my husband said yes any way.
I was not happy having to pack the house me being resistant complaining and focusing on the negative. 
Once I started packing and throwing unwanted/unneeded items out, I started to think here’s a great opportunity for a mass clean out and more benefits were popping up everywhere.

Benefits of moving house;

Big clean up and a chance to declutter.
Bigger house more fenced area for the kids to play.
My daughter has more time to sleep in the morning before school as I am dropping her off.
We are closer to town shorter distance to travel for items of need.
The internet connection is faster and more reliable.
More time with my husband as new farm is less demanding 85% of the time.

Going from being a free spirit to being tied to your child 24/7 nurturing them into adulthood. Routine was severely disrupted as we knew it would, but it changed our dynamics for the best. Personal growth for me was the best part of becoming a mother, it made me stronger emotionally and willing to tackle things with great gusto. At work we operate Monday – Friday from 7am – 6pm so I was given the opportunity to work four days on three days off. Whilst most people would jump at this I did need to think about it as it would mean working a 10 hour day. I wasn’t sure if I could get up early enough and if I’d be happier coming home later. All in all it’s worked out great, some days do feel super long but the benefits absolutely make up for this. I have an extra day to kick off the weekend; I’m more productive at work as I need to make sure everything is up to date and accounted for so that things are in order on the day that I’m not here.
