Vancouver, Surrey, Richmond, Burnaby, Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, Langley, Prince George, Squamish as well as New Westminster. They have locations all over BC. 
What is their mission?

How can we get involved? 
People can volunteer in a variety of positions, such as a Settlement Mentor, to directly assist newcomers in their journey and be understanding.

It is a library settlement initiative that connects newcomer immigrants and refugees with essential settlement information, public libraries, other service provider organizations, and bc communities. 

Where do they operate?
Newtobc works with 18 public library systems across Vancouver, the Coast and Mountain region of BC. One of the locations is in Delta bc 8440- 112th street

Why do they do what they do?
They want immigrants and refugees that are new to Canada to have access to libraries all across bc. 

How can we get involved?
A way to get involved is to apply to become a library champion which is one of there volunteer programs
