- Customers: The store did not provide suitable services and have clothes that suit the recent trend. Thus, customers lost interest and changed to other retail chains. -> Managers need to pay attention to the constantly changing needs
- Suppliers: The store still imports materials, accessories and clothes from the same supplier and does not try new ones. So the products the store has may not suit the recent market. -> Managers need to find new suppliers that provide suitable resources and fit the market trend
- Competitors: There are five other major clothing stores including two foreign chains. They attract our store customers as the clothes are more trendy -> analyse how they operate, working environment, their products and how they serve customers.
- Labour force: salespeople rarely respond to customers' feedback. They also seldomly make suggestions about the store's operation plan.

- Create support and a productive working environment
+ Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings to set objectives, individual stores' goals and targets for each team/team's members.
+ Each manager need to listen to staff, customers' suggestion and needs and then report to the higher-level managers
+ Set new reward systems for each level of employers and employees to motivate and encourage them to devote more to the stores. A suitable and timely reward can strengthen their commitment.
+ Set training systems: experienced employers will train for a new one, each manager needs to have a clear and deep understanding of their job and target.
- Developing products
+ Find new suppliers: the old suppliers are no longer suitable for the recent market as their products are old-fashioned and do not fit customers' preferences. So we need to find a new supplier that can provide trendy clothes but not violate the market's requirements (cruelty-free,...) with suitable cost.
+ Products also need to be exhibited attractively as customers now also notice the stores' appearance and products' arrangement.
- Customers' service
+ Create forms to investigate customers' suggestions, and what they are happy/unhappy about the store -> have a QR code on the counter, every customer who fill in the form can have a discount/a small gift.
+ Create a customers' services department: This department will focus on receiving cases, answering customers question and support their shopping experience (analyse the filled form to see what happened)
