- Value of showng solidarity- joined Hayaat in the sessions that she facilitated
- Connected Ritikaa to an organisation as per her project need
- Built accountability: I asked and called out to check when the update was due if such a date was decided. I also made sure I always got back.
- Bringing it back to self and consistently asking what is it that they wished to learn.
- shared opportunities outside of fellowship where they could learn from- and they did grab some of those. and nudged them to wok together with each other and others.

I have enjoyed working with them..however, I feel a lot of it is also their own motivation, while I had to just ensure to show up, when they looked for their cheerleader.

In last 3 months, I have seen myself grow as a mentor. The journey had been really challenging but the 121 spaces have really helped me understand how can I improvise to create a space of reflection for mentees.

I have identified value in being empathetic towards mentee struggle with their regular school or college. While I could see I should have used the hammering style but I struggled using that and being more on the tuning for side. While Caroline is more learning oriented and Sourav is extremely task oriented, I face challenge in balancing the dynamics while having conversations with them.

Going further, I would like to switch more to hammering side and create space for them to take more accountability for their project by ensuring regular follow ups
