Before I came here I taught at a community college (in my early twenties). I found my older students trusted my authority because of my youth, but my teenaged ones questioned my authority.

Freedom to be truthful, genuine, and have Sincerity without being reserved/changing based upon circumstances/environments. (Staying true to self).
