3) I created you 3 "government" tiles in red.  Explain what happened in between them.

• Why did that government fail? 
• How was the next revolutionary government created?

The National Assembly finally finished their Constitution... and then purposely dissolved. 

• They felt it would be most fair if the people that wrote the Constitution were ineligible to hold a position in the new government
• There would be an election to find new members

Louis officially acknowledged the Constitution, making France a Constitutional Monarchy 

• The king held veto powers over a lawmaking body called the Legislative Assembly.
