To ensure a smooth transition, Educareers can give suggestions on hoe to prep the children to caregivers prior to the school term. Advice the caregivers to prepare the children before they head to school this will help to ensure emotional stability as the children will know what is going on. In the case of separation anxiety, the children will be allowed to take with a security blanket item with them.

The educareers should ensure that the center will be able to make the children feel safe and secure, only then will we be able to foster confidence which will prompt then to inquire and explore.

Educareers must provide the children with opportunities to explore in a non-restraining manner in order to allow the children to use their creativity and inquisitiveness to their benefit.

The Engaged Community
It is the community that provides a network of resources that enriches children's learning and provides support for families. These centres have updated information and access to community resources. Some examples include social services and centre-family partnership which aid in forging strong partnership as the cornerstone of the provision of quality care. It helps them to share common goals and a shared vision to work towards a common goal. Sometimes they invite speakers over for talks on health- eye care, dental or with the police force, SCDF to educate the children on the importance of certain issues depending on who they're collaborating with.
Collaborations with community services such as the old folks home, animal shelters etc can foster empathy and care in the children at a young age to be concerned for their environment and community.

The Intentional Programme
- it is to make learning meaningful and purposeful for the children by using routines that reflect both developmental age and individual needs
- Educarers provide space and variety of materials so that the children will get to try out and experiment new ideas. Educarers also ask open ended question in order to encourage children to observe and explore using their senses.
-Educareers are to ensure that the children's safety is always a priority by keeping a safe and healthy environment for the children to be confident and actively explore and learn. Children also need to be aware of basic safety practices and know how to keep themselves away from harm so that they show positive attitude in learning and trying new things.
- When children participate in the cirriculum planned by educarers. This is about giving children the opportunities to engage in a range of behaviours and experiences at their own pace. The children would also have the confidence to try out new situations, roles and responsibilities through dramatic&pretend play. They gain confidence in themselves and are able to transfer knowledge as well as begin to empathize with others. They express interest in different activities and start asking questions. Educarers when facilitating these children should provide materials.
