When Pony boy, Soda pop, and Darry lost their parents it started from there, they had to rely on each other and figure their way through the society where social class occurs. alone they have to find their way around the upper class people. People would fight and it would make them stronger until some people died so it make them weak by when Ponyboy and Jonny had to run away to try not to get caught and that sucks because Ponyboy was getting drowned by a socs and Johnny had to kill him. Ponyboy always has his brothers to rely on and since they were alone he barely had anyone . After the church burnt down everything went downhill Johnny later on dies and that leads to dally dying soon after. Dally was upset that he had to rob the store and held a fake gun up to the worker at the local store. The worker called the police and the cops ended up catching him and shooting him repetitively.
