Another benefit is obviously choosing clients you wish to work with, the longer and bigger the company, the more high profile the clients and you as the talent agent get to choose who you wish to represent. One of the downsides is also with dealing with the said talent, as many times high tier celebrities and others will ask you for opportunities or things that seem unreasonable that you have to work around the clock for, you may even get to the table ready for them to sign and they just say no and they don't want to do it and tell you to rework the deal.
