It gave me the clear meaning and the purpose why do we have to promote purposive learning among our learners. Learning is always purposive and goal-directed so we must first focus on setting our goals to guide our learners. We must be often to environmental factors to achieve our goal. We should always be ready in any circumstances that will happen in and out our classroom. We should always set objectives and through the process of learning, we can achieve the goals that we wanted for the betterment of both the learners and the teacher.

As we all know that their environment greatly affects them, we have to do something to solve what may happen especially in the classroom. Learning must always takes place. Setting our goals and objectives will really help to achieve what we want to achieve. Pupils' behavior may also affect their learning. This webinar opened my mind on other possibilities and strategies that I can use when we go back to our respective classroom.

The topic which is about PURPOSIVE learning deals with setting an objectives for a classroom situation. This objectives will surely be attained after the discussion and application. I also learned about the behavior of an individual for improving their minds and performance through reinforcement which will motivate them to do their tasks. PURPOSIVE learning keeps track of the lesson stages. It's clearly see the connection between what they are doing in class and what they are supposed to learn. One of the important responsibilities of the teacher is to develop a learning environment where students feel motivated to learn within the boundaries and expectations of a safe classroom. I believe that the most important aspect of a safe and positive learning environment is the rapport between a teacher and his or her students. When the students understand that their teacher cares about them and wants them to do well, students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and taking risks in order to learn something new.
