1)I think it's important for a leader to be a good listener because if you listen and understand people, people will tend to respect you and listen to you as well. Plus everything will go smooth.

2) Whenever someone is absent in school, someone has to tell the class monitor, and the monitor has to listen well so the teacher can fill the attendance form correctly.

I think is important because it builds trust and respect from the team members also you can look at others perspective.
One time when i give a suggestion to the team leader he listened to my suggestion and follow it
