Everyone grows at their own rhythm but we ALL grow. Students are encouraged to make mistakes so they can feel safe discovering all kinds of learning styles and ways to find solutions.  Once students discover themselves they will be supported by the teacher and their classmates. Students learn and are encouraged to be independent thinkers and agree or disagree with other ideas but with respect. Students practice empathy and are against putting other students down. Students and teachers are a team, they learn together, they have mistakes together,  and they find solutions together.

An ideal classroom is a positive place where a student can come to work toward specific goals set before them in the class objectives. I'll be positive, organized, outgoing, confident, and compassionate. My classroom will be a place where students can come and enjoy their class time and learn the information being taught. My classroom management style would be somewhat strict, I would expect the best from each and every student, not based on grading but i'll expect students to be respectful to all cultures and be open to learn from peers. My classroom motto would be as follows, Be
