- Chose him because he did some researches on water quality and ecotoxicology, closely related to our main topic about water hyacinth
- He said that water hyacinth is actually a type of pest and usually used as decorations
- Consider as a weed in pond.
- It doubles its population in just seven days and it adapts easily to polluted 
- Absorbs toxic contained in the pond as nutrients to grow in an extreme condition
- He said that water hyacinth can easily grow but this weed is choking tropical fresh waters and hurting local economies
- Everything living in the lakes and ponds beneath slowly dies
- Provide a shelter for parasites thus harming the safety of ecosystem
- Produce foul smell when it is rotting affected the surrounding of cafeterias along Alur Ilmu
