Nobody is made the same, everybody has different strength and weakness. Each of us have a different roles to play. I think thats what makes us stand out as a body. Therefore, as a team we can do our best to position ourselves in roles where we can utilise our strengths. Not just that, but to also fill in for those who are weaker in certain roles. I believe by doing that we are able uplift everyone.

I believe effort goes a long way whether the results is mediocre or successful. As long as everyone try their very best to achieve something.
