My wishes were granted! Gardening and composting is a topic that's really good for an audience, really easy to get everyone into it. We had three interactive activities, which were a Kahoot, false composting, and then we asked the class to come outside and compost for real. We brought the composting bin from our garden in middle school over to the classroom. We then gave the students apples and strawberries and asked them to compost the remains.
