         <description><![CDATA[<div>I feel that this diet has some good things about it, but also some bad. With this diet lacking carbs it could prove to be unhealthy for someone who lives a very active lifestyle. There are some good points and I believe the good outweighs the bad. It’s high in Vitamin A, and Rich in nutrients. This diet avoids processed foods which are very unhealthy.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
